About Ramneek Wig

About us:

Mr. Ramneek Wig was a practicing lawyer when he was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 25. He underwent chemotherapy’s in the year 1999. It had hardly been three months since the treatment had ended; he got a relapse of the disease. Mr. Wig went to the United States for a bone marrow transplant in the year 2000.

After coming back from the transplant, Mr. Wig led a normal life for about three years. It was the end of the year 2003 when Mr. Wig again got a relapse of cancer. The doctors in India totally gave him up as a hopeless case; however, Mr. Wig had a great positive attitude towards life. This time, Mr. Wig went along with his parents to USC Medical Center in Los Angeles. There he was treated with research drugs.

Even after Mr. Wig’s treatment was completed; the doctors showed a bleak picture. The doctors said that the cancer would come back within the next six months. Mr. Wig had a great positive attitude. He had full faith in God, and moreover, never gave up. Mr. Wig made a set of pranayamas for himself, and named them “Mind-Body-Soul Pranayamas.” They are 15 in number. He practiced these pranayamas daily without fail.

It’s been many years since then, Mr. Wig is healthy; he is a successful author, and a great motivational speaker. Mr. Ramneek Wig says, “Pranayama can do Wonders.”

Mr. Ramneek Wig is the author of several books, and holds workshops on “Miracles of Pranayama” and “Being Happy” in both India and abroad.

Mr. Wig is the founder of the company called Yoga Enjoyment. The company was founded by him in the year 2006.

Yoga Enjoyment is involved in publication of books, and holding workshops for institutions, corporate houses, schools, colleges and NGO’s both in India and abroad.

Mr. Wig has written several books including: The Miracles of Pranayama, Believe in Being a Winner, Happiness Lies in Your Attitude, Be Happy Every Day (a book of Daily Motivation and Inspiration) and Win over Cancer.

Mr. Wig has done a Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy from Lal Bahadur Shastri University, New Delhi. He was awarded a Gold medal for his outstanding performance. It was after a lot of research and practical experiences, Mr. Wig made a set of pranayamas called the Mind-Body-Soul pranayamas.

Mr. Ramneek Wig is a firm believer of pranayama. He is also the founder of the website pranayamatherapy.com. In his workshop on “Miracles of Pranayama” Mr. Wig demonstrates all the 15 Mind-Body-Soul pranayamas. He explains their techniques and benefits along with the safety precautions which are to be kept in mind.

Mind-Body-Soul pranayamas include all the essential ingredients such as—proper inhalation, deep exhalation, long retention, forceful exhalation, external retention, rapid inhalation and exhalation, concentration on breath, deep abdominal breathing, chest breathing and proper use of the diaphragm and lungs.

Some of the diseases in which these Mind-Body-Soul pranayamas are very helpful are as follows: blockages in the arteries, heart problems, high blood pressure, asthma, cancer, diabetes, lung congestion, liver disorders, skin problems, constipation, thyroid disorders, indigestion, acidity and depression.

Mind-Body-Soul pranayamas greatly help in relieving stress, anxiety, fear, tension and worries. Even the most stressful situations can be overcome by practicing these “Mind-Body-Soul Pranayamas.”
