Release of New Book: "PRANAYAMA FOR TEENAGERS."

I have recently released my new book titled "PRANAYAMA FOR TEENAGERS."

Pranayama is the Key to Good Health and Peace of Mind. No matter which disease a person might be suffering from, he shall be greatly benefited by practicing pranayama.Moreover, pranayama is a great tool for stress management and concentration.

I have specifically written this book for teenagers, and I'm sure they would be greatly benefited by reading it.
